NOTICE TO ALL CONSUMERS AND STAKEHOLDERS

 

 

THE NATIONAL CREDIT REGULATOR (NCR) OFFICES AT NO. 127 - 15TH ROAD, RANDJESPARK
WILL NOT BE HANDLING WALK-IN CUSTOMERS ON TUESDAY, 3O JUNE 2026

The NCR will not be handling walk-in customers tomorrow: Potential traffic disruptions and related safety concerns on 30 June 2026 emanating from the public discussions of the three planned marches in Gauteng prompted the NCR to take precautionary measures prioritising staff, stakeholder and consumer safety by closing its offices on Tuesday, 30 June 2026.

Important to note is the following: 
The NCR will continue operating as normal and NCR services will be limited to online support.
